About Us

ORHSAlumni.com is a free service. We started out a few years ago on Yahoo! Groups as a whim - more or less. The original group began as an idea to bring ORHS Alumni from 1970 -1974 together.  That idea grew and grew until we were including ORHS alumni  from 1969 through 1980 and we had started calling ourselves the "70 Somethings".  

There were resources available within the group to expand past the limited service Yahoo! Groups allowed.  Many of us were tired of the advertisements and space limitations. The forum software being used in the message forums is the best on the market today and we now have plenty of server space to upload pictures and files .
